Refund Policy

Here at Inkfinitee Sublimation, we take pride in providing the best customer service in the industry. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund less shipping fees & a restocking fee of 15%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All products we offer were designed and tested by each manufacturer. All items that have been sublimated are not qualified for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the postmarked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

NOTE: Please make sure to open your package as soon as you receive it and check the craftsmanship of the items. If for any reason you see that the item has a manufacturing defect or we shipped you the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately so we can help you with a timely replacement or refund.

We suggest that you use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package. 

Please keep the tracking information for your return package until the refund amount has been posted to your account.

SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and follow the refunds process for your original order. Your new order will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). 

PROCESSING TIME

Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange request has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

If you have reason to believe your return should have been accepted and processed by now, please email us at hello@inkfiniteesublimation.com with your tracking information and let us know the item(s) you returned.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

We accommodate order cancellation requests only for orders that have not been shipped. You will be charged a cancellation fee of five percent (5%).

CONSUMABLES & WEARABLES

All consumable products and wearable products are non-returnable.

In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at hello@inkfiniteesublimation.com to start the replacement process. We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
