Shipping Policy

We only ship within the United States and Canada. We use USPS and UPS to ship all of our US orders and we use USPS to ship all of our Canada orders. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 24-72 hours of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. You should expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days from your order date. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order that is in transit, please contact the carrier first so they can assist you in locating your package.

Please make sure that the shipping address listed on your account is accurate. For security purposes, once an order is placed, we cannot alter it. Please double-check your order details to avoid any issues later. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

Only local customers or customers visiting our area have the option to choose "Pick up" as their shipping method. Please do not choose this shipping method if you are not going to pick up your order.


We do our best to accommodate combining multiple orders. If you have more than one order and you want your orders combined to save on shipping cost, please let us know immediately. If one of your orders have already been processed and we have purchased the shipping label, we cannot accommodate combining your orders. 

If you want us to combine your orders prior to you placing the actual order, please do not choose "pick up" as the shipping option so as not to get charged the shipping cost. You must place your order just like you would a regular order and pay the shipping cost. We will determine the best shipping method and we will issue you a partial refund equivalent to the difference of the sum total of your shipping cost vs. what we paid for your actual shipping.


If you need to revise your order, please contact us via messenger so we can assist you right away. If you have ordered from us in the past, you know that we process orders the same day, many times within an hour. If there is a problem with your order and you need to make changes, please contact us through messenger immediately! Once an order is packed and ready for shipment, no further changes can be made. If you need your order by a certain date due to a client commitment, please contact us at and we will do our best to assist you in determining the best shipping method.


For package status, please go to USPS or UPS website and enter the tracking number we provided you through email. If your package is lost, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
